Westboro Baptist Church May Return For Second Launch Attempt To Protest Giffords

Westboro Baptist Church, who had expected a larger audience on Friday, April 29, 2011 prior to the scrub of the launch of the Space Shuttle Endeavour, may return once again for the next launch attempt according to Westboro spokesperson, Steve Drain.  Mr. Drain stated the following in response to our inquiry whether Westboro would return to Kennedy Space Center, Florida due to Friday’s scrub:

“If our schedule allows for it, we will be back.  We already warned all of those who were in attendance yesterday, though, that Mark Kelley is not a hero:  that he teaches the youth of America that adultery is ok – thereby calling God a liar.

Further, we reminded all in attendance that the adulteress Gabby Giffords has abused her position as a legislator to promote adultery, abortion, homosexuality and the heckler’s veto against the preaching of Westboro Baptist Church.  She is therefore a great worker of iniquity who God hates (Ps. 5:5) and she has framed mischief by a law (Ps. 94:20).

When God sent the shooter to wake her (and everyone else) up, she refused: 1) to stop raising her fist to Him, 2) to humble herself in obedience to Him, and to use her considerable platform to give God the glory for all of His judgments.  She is a standing symbol for doomed America – stiff-necked, impenitent and proud – promoting sin at every turn without the least bit of concern for the souls of her fellow man. america is awash in sin at every level, thanks to the likes of Gabby Gifford and Mark Kelley, and this nation’s destruction is imminent.”
