Alleged Cape Canaveral Gunman Had Foreclosure At Complex
The alleged Cape Canaveral gunman who was shot today by Brevard County Sheriff’s Deputies was identified as 71-year-old Frances Howard Morrell.
Court records show that Mr. Morrell had been a defendant in a foreclosure case in 1996 with Columbia Commercial Condominium Association, Inc. as the plaintiff. The records also show that he satisfied the judgment.
State of Florida Division of Corporation records show that the association is located at 102 Columbia Drive, Cape Canaveral, Florida – the same address where the shooting had taken place.
He had had a dental practice named A1A Family Dental Care which was located in Suite 109, right next to Whiskerz Pet Grooming where the shooting occurred in Suite 108.
