Jennifer Lynn Hearn, from Melbourne,
Florida has been arrested for second degree murder with a firearm this morning.
Brevard County Sheriff’s Office deputies have roped off an entire home on Ann Avenue in Melbourne with crime scene tape which reaches all the way back to neighboring St. Timothy Lutheran Church on Croton Road while Crime Scene Unit investigators excavate a hog pen in a slightly wooded back yard in search for a man’s body.
“Wow. I am so glad one person walked out of my life so others could walk in. I love being single,” Hearn wrote on her Facebook page.
Hearn will appear for a bond hearing this afternoon sometime after 1:30 p.m. today.
