The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred on October 18, 2011 at approximately 9 p.m. at the CVS Pharmacy located at 1185 Fay Boulevard, Port St. John, Florida.
A woman was using the Red Box Video rental machine on the south side of the store when a black male suspect came up behind her.
The suspect then stuck a small handgun to the back of her head and demanded her purse. She fought with the suspect to keep her purse. The woman suffered only minor injuries as a result of the attack.
The suspect is described as a black male, 6’00”, medium build, wearing dark pants, and a white shirt.
The suspect vehicle is described as a newer model Dodge Avenger, unknown year and tag number.
A second suspect was sitting in the passenger side of the vehicle and is described as a black male, very slender build, with short hair.
