Mosquito Control Denies "Super Mosquito Invasion"

When asked this morning if Brevard County Mosquito Control can confirm or deny an invasion of super mosquitoes in Brevard County as reported by WESH yesterday, BCMC biologist Chris Richmond chuckled and said, “I can deny it.  They are just regular flood mosquitoes.”

The “Super Mosquito” refers to the Asian Tiger Super Mosquito, a black and white striped bugger which has appeared in Brevard over the years.
