Interesting reading all pages of the arrest warrant affidavit request. The deputy sheriff who conducted the investigation layed out a great case...but I am left to wonder...why on earth did he, in his entire investigation, never bother to talk to the accused before he wasted taxpayer time? He would have found out that though there were what, 90 unhappy people on the hook...it seeems they make up less than 1% of all customers and orders...all of the rest which seemingly had in fact been filled. Shoddy investigation, rush to charges and overall a waste of time. Yes, this guy has crappy customer service but it seems that the court found he in fact DOES fill orders and ship product....at least for the other 99% of customers who have bought from him.
