Fatal Motorcycle Crash Victim Identified

PALM BAY, Florida — The victim of a crash involving a vehicle that hit a motorcycle late Thursday is identified as 28-year-old Tristan Justin Pierce.  Pierce did not survive the injuries he sustained from the accident.
At approximately 8 p.m. last Thursday, the driver of a 2002 Ford Mustang, identified as 55-year-old Valerie Oliver, was traveling northbound on Hollywood Boulevard.  Oliver attempted to turn left onto Palm Bay Road and hit Pierce who was traveling southbound on Hollywood Blvd. on his Kawasaki motorcycle.
According to Palm Bay Police Department spokeswoman Yvonne Martinez, Pierce had the right-of-way and was wearing a helmet.   Oliver was cited for failure to yield right of way and for causing the crash.

  • This is such BS and makes me so mad! One year ago a great friend, son, and dad was taken because someone was not paying attention.

  • Not to mention she was NEVER charged with any charges!! She got away with murder! If she felt any remorse she wouldn't still be driving the car she killed him with! She is a hypocrite and a phoney, profess the words of the lord one day and then hire a lawyer the next day because your act was over and you knew you murdered him! One day you will have judgement, everything comes full circle Valerie!!!!
