"Best Ball Scramble" Golf Tournament May 12

COCOA BEACH, Florida — The Cocoa Beach Elks Club, Kiwanis Club, and the Cocoa Beach Basketball Team will host their 16th Annual “Best Ball Scramble” Golf Tournament on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at the Cocoa Beach Country Club.

Registration begins at 7 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 8 a.m.  Entry fees are $65 per individual and $260 for a team.  Prizes will be awarded for men and women longest drive, closet to pin, Mulligans, along with door prizes.


The proceeds of the event will benefit the Elk’s Florida Children’s Van, local youth, and veteran charities.

  • This is obviously a tournament for the rich and famous at an entry fee of $ 65.00. The everyday Joe in this economy can't afford to shell out those kind of entry fees.
