TITUSVILLE, Florida — Titusville Police Detectives have obtained photographs of a vehicle that they say is a possible suspect/get-away vehicle used in a Titusville bank robbery. The vehicle is being described as gold/tan in color, four door Jeep SUV, possibly a Jeep Cherokee, early to mid-1990’s model.
Titusville Police Departments Officers and Detectives responded to the TD Bank located at 201 Cheney Highway to investigate a robbery that the bank robbery that occurred on May 7th 2012 at 2:04 p.m. The suspect, described as being a white male, wearing a light colored t-shirt and dark long pants entered the bank and approached the teller, demanding cash.
Once the suspect obtained the undisclosed amount of cash, he fled on foot in an eastern direction, towards Walgreens.
Detectives were able to capture the same suspect inside the Walgreens Pharmacy on video approximately five minutes before the robbery occurred.
According to police, the suspect is wearing the same clothes as in the robbery at the TD Bank.
The Titusville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying the white male suspect.
