Police say that 20-year-old Joshua Carter admitted to striking the child and has been arrested for aggravated child abuse. Carter will be held at the Brevard County Jail with no bond. Police also say that 19-year-old Breanna Love denied knowledge that the child had been hit – but confirmed the child had been sick since the incident occurred on Saturday. She allegedly left to go to a club and failed to seek or provide medical care for the injured child since the incident. Titusville police have charged Love with child neglect. She will also be transported to the Brevard County Jail.

Disgusting
Punching a little toddler is unacceptable. Period. I don't care WHAT he/she did. And this is one of the reasons--you can seriously hurt or kill them. The mother needs to have that baby taken away--she is obviously lacking in maternal instinct and intelligence. 19 yrs old--so she was about 14 when she got pregnant. Nice...She obviously cares more about going to the club than taking care of her child. Both of these losers should be sterilized.Mr Macho needs a huge beat down by someone twice his size.
I was in jail with this girl and theres more to the story then that. It was her piece of crap boyfriend. yea she was wrong im some aspects but main poimt is that he did it,not her
