Police Arrest Titusville Bank Robbery Suspect


TITUSVILLE, Florida — At approximately 2:00 p.m. on July 11, 2012, a white man robbed the TD Bank located at 201 Cheney Highway in Titusville, Florida.  The suspect allegedly passed the bank teller a note demanding cash in various denominations and specifically instructed the clerk not to employ a GPS tracker or “bait” money.

After the robbery, Titusville Police Department Case Agent Mark Jennings obtained the  name of James Franklin Frost III as a person of interest.
On July 12, employees of the TD Bank who were working during the time of the robbery identified Frost as the person that robbed them.  An arrest warrant was issued for Frost that night.
Titusville police also learned that there was an active arrest warrant for Frost for the charge of violation of probation for another unrelated bank robbery that occurred in the past.

On July 16th 2012, Frost was located and arrested after allegedly conducting another  robbery in Orange County, Florida.  Frost’s arrest history includes several convictions for


robbery.
