Cocoa Beach Agenda: Re-Name Streets After Richard Salick During Surf Fest

COCOA BEACH, Florida — The issue of temporarily renaming Pulsipher Avenue and Meade Avenue to Richard Salick Way during the 27th Annual National Kidney Foundation Surf Festival, on September 1, 2, and 3, 2012 will come before the Cocoa Beach City Commission on August 16, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
The two streets border the Cocoa Beach Pier where much of the NKF Surf Festival activities take place.
Along with the request is that the meters be waived during those same days.  The City estimates that the two streets collectively take in $325 on average per day.

The regular Cocoa Beach City Commision meeting will be held in the Commission Room at Cocoa Beach City Hall, 2 South Orlando Avenue, Cocoa Beach, Florida.
