COCOA BEACH, Florida — Graham’s Beach Grill, located at 5920 North Atlantic Avenue in Cocoa Beach, Florida, was apparently the victim of a sign prank last night. Morning commuters may have noticed that the letters on the reader board were manipulated to read that a human body part was free, as well as $9.95 Prime Rib Sandwiches and $5 lunch specials.
When Graham’s bartenders Amy and Janice were alerted of the sign change, the quickly ran out to remove the altered signage (but not before taking pictures with their phones first).
To answer reader’s questions: Yes, it is a slow news day mid-morning after the kids go back to school tomorrow. But a light article about something other than another traffic fatality, crime, or mudslinging politics story could be refreshing.
Graham’s recently remodeled the southern half of the establishment to accommodate smokers on one side and non-smokers on the other while still being able to serve food during Happy Hour Monday through Thursday 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
As always, Graham’s offers free pool weekdays until 7 p.m.
