Titusville Man Guns Down Neighbors Killing One

TITUSVILLE, Florida — At approximately 12:30 a.m. on Labor Day, Titusville police responded to a shooting at 1950 Smith Drive in Titusville, Florida. 

Upon arriving, Titusville police officers found three victims that had been shot just outside the home.
A man with apparent multiple gunshot wounds was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other men who were also shot were flown by helicopter with serious injuries.
Police say that all three victims know each other and live in the neighborhood.
The suspected shooter has been taken into custody.  William T. Woodward, 44, of 1960 Smith Drive Titusville, Florida, is now being held at the Titusville Police Department.  He was taken into custody at the scene without incident.  Charges pending against Woodward include First Degree Murder. 
Police say that the preliminary investigation reveals that the shooting may likely be the result of an ongoing dispute between the deceased victim and the suspect.
The name of the victims are not being released at this time pending notification of relatives.
