Magnitude 3.5 Earthquake Rocks Beverly Hills, California

The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting that an earthquake of around Magnitude 3.5 has hit near the Beverly Hills area in Southern California early this morning (12:03 a.m. Pacific Time) on Friday September 7, 2012.

The epicenter was .2 miles north from the center of Beverly Hills, California, 4 miles west-southwest of  Hollywood, California, 3 miles north of Culver City, California, and less than a kilometer deep.
