MELBOURNE, Florida — Melbourne Police Investigators responded to the parking lot located at 2404 South Harbor City Boulevard in Melbourne this morning regarding a deceased woman.
Police say that this incident is being investigated as a homicide and the victim has been positively identified as 35-year-old Shemeika Shantel Smith.
