3 Brevard County Men Arrested In Child Sex Sting

Three Brevard County men were among the 50 suspects arrested in an undercover internet sex-sting operation in Seminole County named “Operation Cardea.”  The week-long operation began on January 6 and concluded on January 14, 2013.
During the operation, undercover law enforcement officers chatted online, emailed, and spoke on the phone with subjects who allegedly believed they were communicating with a minor, or with an adult who had a minor available for sexual activity.
The 50 suspects arrested ranged in age from 19 to 60 and included a teacher, a tourist visiting from Turkey, Central Florida school employees, college students, and a man on business from North Carolina.  All three of the Brevard County men who were arrested are in their twenties.  All of the suspects arrested were booked into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility.
The three Brevard County men are:
Max W. Yehnert, 21, of Cocoa, Florida.
Ryan M Holland, 21, of Melbourne, Florida.
Patrick C. Millis, 26, of Melbourne, Florida.
Participating law enforcement agencies in Operation Cardea included: the Casselberry, Longwood, Orlando, Oviedo, and Sanford Police Departments, the Brevard, Orange, Lake, Manatee, Osceola, Polk, Sarasota and Volusia County Sheriff’s Offices, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
