MELBOURNE, Florida — The Space Coast Progressive Alliance will present “The Space Frontier – Kennedy Space Center Leads the Way” on May 2, 2013.
The program will feature NASA senior executive Russell Romanella, Kennedy Space Center Director of Safety and Mission Assurance, who will describe the new role of Kennedy Space Center in leading the way for space commercialization and deep space exploration and share information about current and new space discovery initiatives.
He will also discuss the modernization of the Spaceport and measures being taken to partner with other Federal agencies, the State of Florida, the private sector, and the community in advancing the Nation’s Space Program as the best in the World.
