Florida Babysitter Charged With Having Sex With 11-Year-Old
COCOA, Florida — A 21-year-old Florida woman was charged with having sex with a minor under the age of 12 who she was babysitting, which is a Capital Felony in Florida. According to the arrest affidavit, Megan Nicole Hayes, of Rockledge, Florida allegedly had sex with the minor she was babysitting in a Cocoa neighborhood just last month.
Hayes was was booked into the Brevard County jail yesterday.
