You can buy an inexpensive hand fuel siphon at Autozone.Back in the day you could siphon gasoline by mouth but the new fuels are made using super-yielding alkaline catalysts that turn more of the crude oil into gas. These new fuel fractions are toxic - don't siphon gas by mouth today. If you try, you'll probably go unconcious. Never vacuum anything flammable.
