MERRITT ISLAND, Florida — Drainage improvements will close Fortenberry Road on Merritt Island, west of Paradise Paintball, beginning Wednesday, July 3, for approximately eight 8 weeks.
Harbor Woods residents and Paradise Paintball customers and employees will be entering and exiting from Sykes Creek Parkway east of Merritt Square Mall. This closure is for the construction of drainage improvements on Fortenberry Road.
Traffic control signs will be installed to assist the motoring public. Please keep in mind that weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances could affect construction schedules.

Huh???? I'm confused. The road has already been closed for a long time. Two months or more maybe. It hasn't opened yet (was just there yesterday)
I was thinking the same thing. They are already working on the second half. Maybe it will be completed on July 3?
