TITUSVILLE, Florida — On Thursday, the Titusville Police Department held its “Kicks for Guns Event” for twelve hours at the Sears Town Mall in Titusville.
Kicks for Guns is an event where anyone can turn in any unwanted firearms, whether legal or illegal, with “no questions asked” to the police department in exchange for either a pair of shoes or gift cards to area retailers.
Titusville police collected a total of 98 firearms. Of those 98, one was a firearm was reported stolen out of Michigan, another was a “ZIP” gun, and five were illegal sawed off shotguns. Sixteen unwanted BB and Pellet guns/rifles were also collected.

As long as those shotguns are 26" overall, they are not "illegal".

I hope the flint lock is checked out and if not a replica it ends up in a museum rather than being destroyed.
Two possibly three of the pictured "sawed off" shotguns appeared to be of legal lenght (18" barrel- 26" overall - BATFE rules. Also the "pen gun" appears to be a vairation of a Penguin flare/smoke signal launcher sold in sporting goods stores.
