PANAMA CITY, Florida — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement, along with the U.S. Marshall’s Service, arrested escaped inmates Charles Walker and Joseph Jenkins, both 34, who were serving life without the possibility of parole on murder convictions from Orange County, Florida.
“We at the Orange County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the citizens of Orange County and those statewide for their assistance in this investigation which sought to locate escaped inmates Joseph Jenkins and Charles Walker,” said Sheriff Jerry Jennings in statement. “I would also personally like to thank all personnel in this multi-jurisdictional effort who joined together to apprehend these individuals, the fact that they are back in custody is indeed good news.”

Common sense tells us that these criminals don't have access to the paperwork that released them. I would like to see the person or persons arrested that allowed them access to or processed this paperwork for them. My guess is it is some they knew or that is related in some way that has access to the paperwork.
