OSCEOLA COUNTY, Florida — A Brevard County man died in an Osceola County vehicle accident that has left three others in serious condition.
Just before 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, 25-year-old Christina Johnson of Cocoa, Florida was driving a 2000 Infinity east on US 192, approaching Deer Park Road. Meanwhile, a yet-to-be-identified female was driving a 2013 Volkswagen Sport Wagon west on US 192.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Johnson lost control and crossed over the center median and into the westbound lanes o f US 192. The Infinity traveled into the direct path of the Volkswagen. The front of the Volkswagen then struck the side of the Infinity. 25-year-old Matthew Mize of Cape Canaveral, Florida, was ejected from the Infinity and pronounce deceased at the scene.
The driver and passenger of the Volkswagen and Johnson were transported to Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne, Florida. All are listed in serious condition.
Johnson and Mize were not wearing seat belts, according to the FHP report.
This crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.

You're right,there's no excuse for that jerks mean spirited comment but if he was wearing a seatbelt he wouldn't have been ejected. My condolences to his family.
