How to Make Chocolate Covered Strawberries In Under 15 Minutes

To make a quick batch of chocolate-covered strawberries, simply purchase a package of strawberries and a bottle of chocolate topping for ice cream that hardens into a shell.

Rinse all of the strawberries and pick out any strawberries that are under-ripe or have bruises.  Place the strawberries in a bowl and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take the strawberries out of the freezer and arrange on a plate.  Shake the bottle of unrefrigerated topping well, then apply to each strawberry until covered.  Place the plate of chocolate covered strawberries in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
