COCOA BEACH, Florida — Just before 7 a.m. on Thursday, Cocoa Beach Police were called to the 200 block of Rose Drive in Cocoa Beach, Florida for a report of a deceased person lying in the roadway.
When police arrived, they discovered the body of a white female in her mid-20’s lying on the side of the road. Her identity has not yet been determined.
Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Unit technicians and Brevard County Medical Examiner’s Office personnel are currently on scene assisting in the investigation.
