Pedestrian Killed On A1A In Cape Canaveral Accident
CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida – A 56-year-old woman was hit and killed by a vehicle on North Atlantic Avenue (State Road A1A) near the intersection of Fillmore Avenue in Cape Canaveral, Florida just after 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2016.
Brevard County Sheriff’s deputies set up flares and are rerouted vehicle traffic through the side streets north and south of the traffic accident as a detour during the early morning hours on Wednesday.
No charges are pending and the name of the driver and victim are not being released by the Sheriff’s Office.
