Locations for Free Comic Book Day on May 7, 2016

BREVARD COUNTY, Florida — This coming Saturday is Free Comic Book Day which means that comic book stores across the country are taking part in an annual event that is designed to promote interest in comic books among young readers.

Free Comic Book Day is so important that very often superhero movie releases, such as The Amazing Spiderman 2 in 2014, The Avengers: Age of Ultron in 2015, and Captain America: Civil War in 2016, are timed around the event.

Free Comic Book Day is always the first Saturday in May. In 2016, Free Comic Book Day falls on Saturday, May 7, 2015.
