UPDATE: All northbound lanes are open. Southbound I-95 is open to only one lane.
BREVARD COUNTY, Florida – A fiery traffic crash has closed all lanes on I-95 near mile marker 164 just north of Micco, Florida.
Brevard County Fire Rescue reports that the accident involves a single tractor trailer on its side that has erupted into flames.
As a detour, all traffic must exit at Malabar Road (Exit 173). then make a left. Make a right onto US-1 and follow into Indian River County. Make a right onto CR-512 and follow back to I-95 southbound.
One person has been injured in the crash. BCFR issued a trauma alert but the patient is being transported by ground rather than by air.
